), Kiwi John, Outback Ozzy and Retired Red.
As Nige B also picked up 4 points last week, this leaves him on top of the heap for the moment with 9. Last week's maxi scorers (Accybeme and Taypot) could only rustle up the odd bonus point each this time around, leaving them sharing second place with OO and RR on 6. Valairian is also on 6, having got two results but no scores right, trailing the others on countback (see the Lincoln drivel if you're wondering how that works
). And Ange B is on 5 points from 1 entry, ominous form from a past winner.
The other 4 to get the Wombles result right and the score wrong, for 3 points, were Cmon Stanley (another past winner back in the game, but without his trademark bananas
), Ossy Kid, Proccy Fan and Smudgie. The rest of us either got a bonus point (almost everybody), or didn't (AccyMad and Div3 North).
So, roll on the Shrews on Tuesday evening. We haven't lost a home league game this season, so let's keep it that way ….. what? So what??
