We were in a big club's ground yesterday, so "big club's rules" apply.
Could have been for a few things from my view;
Was everybody sat in the correct seat? Were gangways being blocked, was there "persistant standing? Can't answer the first one, but from my view yes to 2 and 3.
Also there could have been an H & S inspection with the safety team being put under pressure to enforce rules and regs
