As you brought them up did you not watch "Till i die" where they were handing out 30k contracts like confetti and where did that get them ?
But i dont follow when you bring up what you think will be a diferential in quality surely if all clubs are forced to adopt the same protocols although the overall quality might drop [ i dont think it would by that much and personally i would be happy to see a small drop in quality if that was outweighed by a get stuck in team spirit ].
If i was the owner of Sunderland i.d pay nobody more than 10k and you dont tell me that flair players [ lets take Nicky Adams as an example] wouldnt walk there to play for them and earn that.
Basically its an expanded version of what goes on at Accy in if you want to earn a fortune theyre not the club for you but if you want a club with a respected owner and management team who you know wont shaft you and who will improve your game and when the time comes you.ll know that so long as they dont get turned over they will be fair with you when that bigger club comes knocking.
So yes theres a lot of clubs who could learn a lot from looking at little Accy.
