Trial by Facebook is a travesty....and he has been found guilty by a court of law.
A petition will not save him if he did this despicable act, but if new evidence is found (or the real perpetrator gets a fit of conscience...and I won't hold my breath on that one) then the verdict will be reversed...until then he is guilty, because his innocence was disproved.

Yes I know there have been miscarriages of justice in the past, but forensics have become very sophisticated, so unless they feel that this has been corrupted...

He will still be young when he gets out.
Lindsay was robbed of her life and her family will never get over that...ever!
