We are trying, so far without success, to find anybody who benefitted in any way from the proceeds of sale of Chaigley Manor after 2010 when it changed its name to "to Inspire". This would include anybody who went to Stephen Park at Slaidburn, or received any other kind of benefit. The Charity Commission has said that it is satisfied that the missing £600k was spent for the benefit of the young people of Accrington and District (even though no proper accounts have ever been filed). We hope to get a full investigation by the Parliamentary Ombudsman.
