I actually refused to use anything that hadn't been adequately explained to me but her attitude was perilously close to sulking and she said I could "play" on the treadmill all the time if I wanted, which I didn't want and which seemed pointless as I wanted to have an overall effect and not just keep wearing my legs out.
I will be going again on Monday and see if anything has been sorted out. We had a sort of mad game session at Asda on Thursday morning and although that was fun it hadn't been timed very well and overran the allotted time which meant poor old Busman was left to his own devices humping wood about.
I shall see how it goes. There's another one of them who gives me more confidence in her and I spoke to her on the phone this week. She does seem to know what she's talking about.

New Era always has a qualified First Aider on duty and our Gym Instructor is a Level 2 instructor and member of the Register of Exercise Professionals. If you ever have any queries just ask at reception and we will make sure your queries are answered by a trained professional who understands your exercise needs. All our Gym members undergo a thorough induction and can leave messages for the instuctor at any time. Programmes may be updated in the same way.
I have talked to Helen Jamieson, Healthy Development Specialist and Manager of the Healthy Hearts Team, and she would like to reassure you that all her staff are First Aid trained and qualified Gym Instructors. They are in the best position to assess your training needs and advise you on the most suitable training programme.
