Thank you Liz.

It's not just my heart I'm working on Lampman. I have a lot of other bits that need help but I've been handicapped by knee problems for a long time. Recent improvements there have meant I should now be able to start doing more than I could and hopefully get back to some reasonable level of fitness again. It's the leg-end of me that I've had trouble with though.
