I haven't tried frying an egg yet but since I got one I can't imagine living without it now. If your steak comes out like shoe leather you haven't got your settings right or it was the wrong kind of steak. Some steak just isn't meant for grilling. We had some delicious grilled steak the other day. Even basic burgers come out a lot better than under an ordinary grill.
