It's either from Australia or New Zealand. It was released in the early 90's I think. Its about this guy who lives with his mum and she gets bit by a rabid monkey creature and turns into a zombie sort of thing, then the people who visit get bit and they turn into zombies too. So he keeps them in the basement. Lets say it ends up with a house full of zombies and him using a lawnmower on them. Very gory
