FA ruling on the Exeter v Bradford City cup replay which Exeter won 3-0 in extra time but Exeter found guilty of using a sixth substitute when only five allowed unless it's a concussion substitution which it wasn't and the score was 0-0 at the time verdict match to be replayed.
