I actually thought it was a cracking game of football which we were unfortunate to lose 2 - nil, Ipswich were slightly quicker on the ball than us at times & are probably the best opposition I've witnessed so far - I know it's early days but they're top.of the league & on that showing will probably be there or thereabouts come the end of the season.
Our lads are still learning to gel together, especially in defence where - don't forget- we've lost 3 stalwarts from last season all at once.
We're a work in progress & I'm not too unhappy with what I've seen so far on the whole & if that cheeky chip from Tommy Leigh had gone in, who knows
