There is some coloured filler available for this. I chipped my worktop and it works ok.
You just spread it over the scratch, wait for it to dry, then remove the excess with acetone, (nail varnish remover).

PS You should be able to buy it from Homebase. I got mine from S & H Kitchens on Abbey St, Accrington.
