One now gets the impression that there is an underhand campaign of disinformation now being undertaken by the powers that be....all the evidence is there, from new members popping on here saying the panopticon is the best thing since nooky through to subtle reporting in the local press of how attendees at the meeting were 'won over' by the concept.

I am afraid to say there are sinister, dark forces at work here.
