Not to mention a certain gentleman you refer to as BW - his 4x4 is also often seen parked on the footpath outside his house on Catlow Hall Street - a law breaking councillor whatever next?

Yes I'm usually around at that time, and yes parents do use the road on park lane, but in saying that a lot of people do walk in the road along park lane always have done, and most cars parked on the lane are on the road. As for BW, what can one say
