As someone who visits the elderly and disabled I know only to well how these scum target them,they are simply an easy victim,they won't put up much of a fight,if they report a theft etc most are unable to give propper discriptions and the criminals know that,I could tell you loads of horror stories of people being conned,robbed and frightend to death,
all we can do is watchout for them and remember that one day we will be frail ourselves,I believe what comes round goes around,and they will get theirs!
