I don't mind people breast feeding in public as long as it doesn't get in the way of me enjoying my dinner. I felt the same about the waitress in a cafe a litte while back when she was dangling her bare midriff over our table. I don't object to bellybuttons but I don't want one in my dinner.
As for Glasgow, denying people access to something when they legally should have access is not on.
