My initial thoughts are NO NOT AGAIN these poor people!! Sky News is broadcasting the evacuation of Banda Aceh. At least this time they haven't been caught off guard by a Tsunami and are heading for higher ground early enough. I'm sure all our prayers are with these people tonight
