I remember an advert with John Cleese in it (I think) who said to mix some cig ends with water in a jar and every time you feel like a fag open the jar and smell it. It really does knock you sick and might help you give up up.

same ere, gave up when pregnant.... they knocked me sick
had one when i had one to see if i missed it....blaaa, it was disgusting, now five years on, still no fag!! and dont even fancy one, and thats thanks to my son.
