I think I know what you mean vorlon. My hubbies mate had it done last year. They lazer some skin away at the back of the throat, which helps you to breath more easily. It did work for him but, I don't want to put hubby through an operation just for that.............well not yet anyway, ask me tomorrow I might have changed my mind about that last statement!!
