Busman they are'nt vandals these days! they are "Graffeti artists" and are like the "Joy rider" who steals someones car,given a name to make what they do sound fun and smart!! and if they get charged will get a lighter sentence by the law
"Joy riders"are young car stealers and graffeti artists are nasty vandal's to me!
