There wasn't a bad performance from a Stanley player on Saturday.

MOTM could have been anyone.

JK won the Official plaudits , and deservedly so.

Gary Roberts won the popular vote - and with a performance like that , can you be surprised ?

My own favourite on the day was David Brown. He seemed to perform in an entirely different way to anyone else ; the only time I've ever seen anything like it is when I've watched peregrine falcons above the Yorkshire Dales. They float around knowing exactly what's happening , and then - woosh!

He was marvellous with his head , in every sense of the word.

Full marks for every single Stanley player !
