You don't need anything else. The soup will make a sauce for the chicken, and you can serve it just as it is, once you have added the cream (not too much). The baked potatoes will do in the microwave, if you have one, otherwise they take ages in the oven. The oven temperature for the chicken should be Gas mark 6, or whatever that is in electric - I think about 375. You may need more than one can of soup, depending on how many of you there are. If they have huge appetites, allow one chicken breast per person with a couple over. DON'T water the soup down, use it just as it comes from the can.
