i have found out today that if you park your car in the arndale center and it is as much as an inch outside of the deignated white lines marked for parking you will be fined

if this is true then lets add it to the list ..

only 1 floor has security cameras on the carpark

no smoking yet there is an open air cafe where smoking is allowed right in the middle of the arndale

ridiculous fining policy


when somone is slightly outside the designated parking slot i will agree it is annoying if your car is parked closer to the one next to it but who the hell do these people think they are enfocing fines

somthing just stinks about accrington lately

it seems as trade has been killed off the only way they can now take our money is to think up fines and increase traffic tickets via increased amount of traffic wardens

i found out about the parking fines in the arndale center from a man with a larger car who was repeatedly driving in and out of a parking space making sure he was withing the white lines and he explained that they now fine you if your not parked propperly
