I saw one of the wardens in there today, writing a ticket for either non-display of disc or parking outside the lines (or both). It is annoying when somebody takes up 2 spaces in a car park where spaces are limited. I didn't think Accy had that problem though, as nobody ever shops here anyway, there should be plenty of parking. I have to say that it is my pet hate at work if someone takes up 2 spaces. We have trouble enough trying to find a space if we are on late shifts. I think our parking wardens at work have just started fining for this too. Maybe it's a new money spinning idea for councils and big organisations in debt in order to try and recoup their financial losses.
