What a complete and utter idiot. The Securicor vans have always parked as close to the banks as possible for security reasons. You carry thousands of pounds in plastic bags as short as distance as possible.
It's as bad as the one in the paper where a mobile blood donor truck/van/lorry/thing got booked.
