A - affects (someone who couldn't work out the difference between effect and affect must have written this!)
C - consequences
E - equation (possible solutions)
This is after the mortgage has been discussed, and discussing the protection needs to ensure that the mortgage is covered should anything happen to them, but I guess it works in other industries too
