Right i've listened to it back. Here are the key points Coley made about departures:
making room for new players
sorry to see them go - but they're the ones who could go (contracts etc)
regards them as friends - but club needs to move on
squad needs to be smaller because of POOR HOME CROWDS. money etc.
Players will have no problem finding new clubs
John Smith - shining example to club - always learning gives 100% asset for another club
Lutel - good times with him - he has to move on though
All his (Colemans) decisions nobody elses
Targets set. speaking to a few over next couple of weeks
Thinks the club underachieved this year - consistancy a problem.
Admits hes made some mistakes this year - presure told towards the end
Do you still enjoy being manger? - I love it, want more success etc.
More players may leave. Depending on offers.
