squad needs to be smaller because of POOR HOME CROWDS. money etc.
Players will have no problem finding new clubs
John Smith - shining example to club - always learning gives 100% asset for another club
Lutel - good times with him - he has to move on though
All his (Colemans) decisions nobody elses
Targets set. speaking to a few over next couple of weeks
Thinks the club underachieved this year - consistancy a problem.
Admits hes made some mistakes this year - presure told towards the end
Do you still enjoy being manger? - I love it, want more success etc.
More players may leave. Depending on offers.

Very disturbing things to hear. I can only see the club going backwards with this negative attitude. The squad, quality wise, was already threadbare IMHO so to reduce numbers further, presumably selling some of our better players(Quote "offers"), seems suicidal to me.
The attendances have been poor this year, yes. That I feel is because people like me, who support another club, have been less inclined to come when available due to the lack of progression made since last season.
The squad, essentially, is pretty good but I think we were all expecting some higher quality additions following on from the cup run last year that would really give us a chance of competeing at the top. They weren't forthecoming. Lets have it right, if your coughing up the current admission prices you want some entertainment for your hard earned. You can agree or not, I dont really care, thats just how it is.
Possibly more importantly, where is the Clayton End roof???? I understand a penny saved and all that but how do you expect people to continue to turn up and freeze to death and get pi55ed wet through during the winter months?? The whole situation has, in my opinion, made the club look 'tin pot' and has degenerated into a complete farce.
Its only my opinion again but I think this is a classic 'build it and they will come' scenario. Sort the roof out ASAP, stop the crazy talk of getting rid of our best players and make some quality additions and lets see what happens. If we get a good squad of 20 together, minus the mid season nomads and misfits I think Stanley can make a proper challenge and get people interseted again. A 'big name' summer signing would help a lot. I cant believe the Payton opportunity was passed up but it was. Someone of that ilk would help a lot.
And...., FFS, please get some advertising of fixtures done. How much could it possiby cost to get some sort of big board on the main road likw what Burnley have advertising the next fixture?? I think that alone would pay for itself and add a few to the gate very quickly. At the moment the only thing that seems professional about the club is the wages they will be paying!!!
