urgent information required
Can anyone please tell me when the "traffic calming humps" were put on Queens Rd West? I know they were not there at the time of my daughter's accident in October 2003 but the solicitor has written to me today saying that the road has these traffic calming measures and so the driver couldn't have been travelling very fast. If I could tell him exactly when they were put there it would help.
