What happened to the original topic? Oh yes the council conning the tennants of the new block of shops. Last I heard on that one is that they are going to resist and fight the demand for extra cash and if they lose then most of them reckon it will put them out of business to have to come up with that much extra. Yet more empty shops afoot? Nice one HBC.
