all i can say to that is that toothe best of my knowledge enoch powell went over to the west indies as a conservitive M.P. in the 50s asking people to come over to england to work cos they couldn't get the people to work on the buses and tube etc,so in effect he was one of the instigators of it.and we did need those people then.(he changed tack later in life)that is as i understand it. shoot me if i'm wrong, the saddos usually do.
