We can't and shouldn't ban everything - just give people a choice.

WHAT ABOUT THEM POOR HORSES THAT STAND ON THE PROMENADE ALL DAY BREATHING THE FUMES FROM CARS,BUSES AND LORRIES? I THINK WE SHOULD BAN ALL THE VEHICLES FROM GOING ALONG THE PROM.THEY WOULD MAKE MORE REVENUE ON THE TRAMS AND THE HORSES WOULDNT NEED TO HAVE INHALERS!
