Heres another example of British Measurement before metrification
1 Kiss= 1 unit of affection 
10 kisses= 1 fumble 
10 fumbles= 1 grope 
10 gropes= 1 horizontal excercise 
10 horizontal exercises= 1 commitment (commonly known as marriage) 
1 Commitment= 0 kisses!
