Bad Luck Willow.....But unfortunately its a sign of the times and our deteriorating society.

You try your best to fulfil the everyday requirements and somebody comes along and nicks your (Busmans) bike!!

What's worse is, if they catch the culprit....they wouldn't even get a slapped wrist. You canread the Evening Telegraph and every week there's a story of somebody who has been let-off even though they've had 20, 30, 40 or even 50 previous offences.

That's no deterrant...put money into education they say is the answer....put the fear of god into them....that's the answer.
