Over the next sixteen weeks Broadway will be ripped up and re-surfaced with what the Observer describes as "A mixture of materials"; for which read brick setts and coloured tarmac....................do you want our council to be sued for negligence we cant support ourselves never mind another country, yet we persist in letting all the illegals in.
