Can I ask? Was this plaque just stuck up was there an appropriate ceremony with representatives of the local clergy, the community at large, the Three Services of our Armed Forces to whom this is supposed to commemorate. To say that commemorations have been taking place for most of the week is there any sign of a service taking place at this Community commemorative focal point?
