I don’t doubt your word Garinda, but I believe it something that’s hard to judge until you are faced with the situation. I must confess that today I walk into the Information centre in Ambleside there were some six or seven young Asians (late teens or early 20s) all in dark clothing and all carrying dark rucksacks on the backs. I didn’t notice until they were pointed out to me, neither I, nor anyone else took any notice, in reality there was no need too, it’s a sight that you would take as quite normal. If a lad walks down Blackburn Road tomorrow afternoon, would we cross over the road? I don’t thinks so. Like I have already said in this thread in answer to Bagpuss’s question “would I sit next to one on the tube?” I might feel a T***, I might even feel ashamed…….. but I don’t think I would.
