Of course you can comment, granny. Your location makes not a ha'porth of difference. You are a member of the forum and it's your opinion that counts, not where you live.

I would hate to think that some members felt inhibited from sharing their opinion of the ludicrous doings of Britcliffe and HBC et al, simply because they didn't live in the borough. A comparison with the doings of Wyre BC would be quite illuminating.

More comment and more opinion, the more the merrier, I say!
