I have a tip for those of you that like waving at trains.

It is absolutely fine to wave at trains, but not when you are on a see-saw with your back to them.

If you happen to be on a see-saw with your back to a train that you want to wave at, it is best to disembark first.

Otherwise you are likely to fall off and break your collarbone.

That's exactly what happened to my 3 year old daughter yesterday.

I thought I would pass that on as I am sure that there are many people here who love to wave at trains!

She is ok until the effects of the Calpol wear off, then she gets a bit upset.

My wife took her to the Kent & Sussex Hospital yesterday as she was obviously in pain, but it took the staff an age to decide to actually get her x-rayed; up until then my wife got the impression that they thought she was just an over-anxious mother.
