Its the original mascot for accy stanley.. When we came up with the idea of a proper mascot we originally wanted a bulldog and call it winstanley.. to carry on the tradition. However a decent mascot suite costs over 2k as bottletop found out when he took on the task of getting quotes
We ended up with a Monkey because it was free and the name seemed appropriate for the club as winstanley the monkey didnt go..
Now we are to have Frazer the eagle.. because thats free... and even furthur from being a bulldog... oh well ... never look a gift horse/monkey/eagle in the mouth eh
