We know we've nicked Kippax's idea, but now we know how much it costs, and the poor state of affairs according to the Exeter programme, it'll give us the little people a chance to help the club.

John and I are going ahead anyway, who else, if anybody, decides to join us will decide if we can have jam on our bread next month.
