i thought it was illigal to set fireworks off in public now and the only time was a few days grace over the bombfire night period

i know asians use them to celibrate ide ( not sure how to spell) but apart from religeios events like that and the chineese new year i thought you wernt allowed to set them off especialy late at night

i am probably wrong lol
