Cilla's sister is Neils sister best friend, I think they live in Clitheroe. Lindsay (Cilla's sister) played the lesbian barmaid in Shameless if that helps, she is also going into corrie. I saw her a few weeks back at my nephews birthday party.
So i think they must come form over that way because Neils sis went to school with her and it was St Disgustings I think. not sure will ask Neil!
