Unless cats are always kept in houses all the time,or wear little feline nappies, trust me they do like to express their 'feelings' outside of their own patch. I know, all of my neighbours also provide litter boxes.
Sorry bad thread wander, and like Fireman said he already has it covered, or is it covered in it?
