Sorry about that to make you feel sex discrimination. In fact we look for male because of the safety issue. We need male to take care for night shift is better than lady. I'm lady as well , I felt uncomfortable to take night shift, hope you understand...We welcome female candidate but only for shift on morning or afternoon .
