I'm just off for my six monthly meeting with my neurologist Doctor Grump at 'THE OLD PEOPLE'S CLINIC' at Queen's Park Hospital. If he's running late they serve the room full of shakers, tea in cups and saucers, which is hilarious.

I think I'll take a couple of bottles of cooking sherry, because this old Queen is partial to a rousing chorus of 'Knees Up Mother Brown' as well.
