Re: do we look after our old people/neighbours?
iv'e met a lady though doing my volunteer shopping for age concern, & this lady is 90 yrs old, her friends are of much the same age, so she is basically on her own, so i go & do a shop for her each week, but have now started taking her out once a fortnight, she loves it, we go to asda, bit daunting for me cos it takes a long time (4hrs), but the look on her face is all the thanks i need, its, smile smile smile, & we have a laugh to boot, we are trying matalan next, she has not been out for 18months so its a tonic for her. please try to think of someone on their own, & give them half a day of your time.(you might need it yourself one day)
