The financial ombudsman look at individual cases if they say i get my money back it wont come from the company that part is over i am an unsecured creditor and have been told i will get nothing out of the company, the financial ombudsman have the power to get my money back from the card issuing company I wont have to get in line and wait with the other creditors that part has been delt with by the administraitors and they say i wont get anything from the company.
