Not as much as you would think. There's undoubtedly is a great deal of waste in the trust sectors but if it wasn’t spent on those things it is earmarked for it would be returned to central government and most likely spent on benefits or immigration. Whatever the apparent cost we shouldn’t criticise the trust until we have looked at the overall picture. If you have a few weeks to spare have a read through all this lot……..
