A few years ago when my late husband, Peter, was still alive we did a sort of a panto based on several fairy tales but with a twist. It was all set in a courtroom. Goldilocks was on trial for breaking and entering and criminal damage. The dwarfs had been charged with kidnap and slavery. The three little piggies were contesting the order to demolish the brick house as they hadn't applied for planning permission. You get the idea?
Peter played one of the dwarfs............he had the beard for it. He was also over 6 ft tall so was described as a vertically challenged dwarf.
